Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Cost

We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • For most destinations in Asia, delivery takes around 5–12 business days.

  • For the United States and Canada, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

  • For Europe and Australia, it typically takes 10–20 business days.

  • For other international locations, please allow up to 25 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, customs clearance or local postal delays may affect the delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 days of purchase, please contact us at support@personalhue.com with your order number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal of customs fees, we may deduct the return shipping and handling costs from your refund.
