Returns

We want you to love your purchase!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the warehouse without contacting us first.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@personalhue.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
We’ll provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@personalhue.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@personalhue.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos or videos of the product and packaging, and we will provide a replacement or refund promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and we won’t be able to cancel it.
